Purchases made on our website, in-person at our brick & mortar or floral services booked in advance to be carried out at a future date, wedding services purchased on our website or in-person are non-cancellable and non-refundable for any reason.
Floral Subscription purchases must be carried out in the manner the product description states on website and must be carried out within the time frame allotted for the subscription. Floral and Plant Subscriptions are non-transferrable and are not available for
store, floral delivery or event credits.
There are no refunds, exchanges and all orders are non-refundable and non-transferrable for any reason.
